Pretrials are on Mondays and Wednesdays, at 8:45 A.M. The second Wednesday is readiness calendar at 8:45 A.M. Every Tuesday, arr at 8:45 A.M., including trial week. Supervised Probation Review on Thursdays at 8:45 A.M., Unsupervised probation review at 9:30 AM on Thursdays. Bail hearings start at 9 AM. Jail Hearings are every day at 1 PM, except for Fridays which is at 9 AM. Interpreter hearings are twice a month, one for Spanish on Third Thursdays at 8:45 in rm 3, second Thursday is 8:45 for other languages. Motions and bench trials are 2 PM on first Wednesday, second Wednesday, and fourth Wednesday, and Second Tuesday at 1 PM, Third Tuesday at 2 PM. The Third Tuesday is the sentencing calendar, only once a month, at 2 PM. Majority of the criminal cases are held in room 1. Interpreter calendars are in rm 3. Infractions are first Thursdays 1:00 for school-zone infractions, and then 2:00 PM for mitigation, and 2:30 for contested. Same pattern repeat infractions are on the first four Tuesdays in rm 3.
